Highlights:

Today was another typical day in the Colorado mountains with a blue sky morning and evening with a dark, rainy sky sandwiched in the afternoon. 

The route eventually took me through a beautiful valley carpeted with yellow flowers and the Little Snake River running through it. I passed beautiful ranches with lovely mountain views. The attached photographs speak for themselves.

I settled at the end of the day at the cyclist friendly Ladder Ranch. I camped out in the yard near their bunkhouse and fell asleep listening to the cows mooing nearby.
